"Met with Justin (sales) in August on our way through Portland on our way to the central Oregon coast. I had just purchased a used bike in Idaho the week prior, but I was so impressed with the Husqvarna and Justin's knowledge that I couldn't get it out of my mind. Fast forward 3 months when I met with Justin and his support staff and purchased two brand new Husqvarnas. A TC85 for my adult daughter and a TX300 for me. The entire experience was the best. Prices are the best anywhere and their knowledge is top notch. I drove 600 miles roundtrip to deal with these folks and would do it again. Thanks again to Justin, Isaiah, parts and service."

"I have had issues only with Husqvarna and their accessory line (Panniers/luggage rack) to be specific. I am writing a review about the staff at Gresham Powersports, and they are truly great people! Judy at the parts counter has been so professional and helpful to me with the panniers. Both times that I have had issues with the bags, she has come through for me. Her customer services skills are excellent and that is why I still go to that dealer. The new ownership has been great as well. Thank you Phil! All the best in the future guy's and a big shout out to Judy! ;-)

"Service is OUTSTANDING and the Sales Staff is AWESOME! I love the fact that this is a KTM only dealership and that they do not need the corny advertisements or the swarm of ""car lot salesman"" you usually see with most dealers. I do a bunch of KTM work on my friends bikes and they almost always have what I need in stock, even stuff you would figure no one would ever stock. I just received a new Rear Shock for my 2008 KTM 250SX. Though I had about 5 rides on my new scooter, the shock shaft ""somehow"" came unscrewed and came apart during a ride (pretty scary). I pulled what was left of it off the bike and gave it to my friends at (KTM of Gresham Oregon) just to see what/why this happened. They went above and beyond and ended up sending my broke shock to KTM North America. I was recently informed that KTM warrantied it! This a rarity for a Dirt Bike. I want to personally thank KTM of Gresham,you and KTM North america. This is the kind of customer service that is very hard to come by these days. This is my second KTM and not certainly not my last. I am now a firm believer in the brand. I knew KTM built high quality equipment, but now I know KTM also backs what they make. I was dreading the repair cost of my shock. Thanks again for everything. "Nice to walk into a shop where you don't feel like an intruder! Chris's no B.S. mindset and uncharacteristic non-pushiness is totally welcome and kinda funny. You can tell that in addition to selling them, he truly believes that KTM puts out the best stuff, as evidenced by the 950 ADV sitting out front (his is the dirty one). Taking my baby to Todd is like letting your uncle, who happens to know EVERYTHING about your bike, work on it. He's replaced my mechanic-o-phobia with trust.
